Aisin Water Pump suitable for Hilux KUN Surf KZN Prado KZJ KDJ 1KZ 1KD 3.0 Litre 4 Cyl Turbo Diesel
This is a new quality Aisin branded Water Pump.
Also known as a Coolant Pump.
This is the Water Pump only and without the Housing / Rear Cover and is made in Japan and includes the Gaskets and Fan Studs.
Suitable for:
- Toyota Hilux, KZN165, fitted with the 1KZTE 3.0 litre 4 cylinder turbo diesel engine, built from 09/1999 to 01/2005 runout.
- Toyota Hilux, Surf, KZN185, fitted with the 1KZTE 3.0 litre 4 cylinder turbo diesel engine, built from 11/1995 to 07/2000 only.
- Toyota Hilux, KUN16, 2WD, KUN26, 4WD, fitted with the 1KDFTV 3.0 litre 4 cylinder turbo diesel D4D engine, and with 2 piece water pump assembly modification, built from 02/2005 to 03/2015 runout.
- Toyota Landcruiser Prado, 90, 95, 120, Series, KZJ95, KZJ120, fitted with the 1KZTE 3.0 litre 4 cylinder turbo diesel engine, built from 10/1999 to 10/2006 only.
- Toyota Landcruiser Prado 120, 150 Series, KDJ120, KDJ150, fitted with the 1KDFTV 3.0 litre 4 cylinder turbo diesel D4D engine, built from 08/2006 to 08/2015 only.
NOTE: This Water Pump is used on KUN Hilux when you have previously installed the upgraded 2 piece Water Pump and Rear Cover / Housing.
It will not suit an unmodified Hilux KUN with the single piece water pump and rear cover/housing as installed when new. See information below.
It suits Prado and Surf as described above, and is used when your Water Pump is worn or leaky but your Housing / Rear Cover is in good serviceable condition.
Comes with the Water Pump Gasket and Fan Studs.
NOTE: The Timing Belt will need to be removed to fit this Water Pump, it is recommended to replace the Belt while changing the Water Pump.
Alternatively, we have a modified two piece version of this part where the pump can be separated from the rear cover/housing.
This highly recommended modification is to enable the Water Pump to be removed and refitted without removing the Rear Cover / Housing from the engine.
This avoids the need to remove the Timing Belt making this job much quicker and easier in the future, and can save several hours labour!

- Goods cannot be returned if they have been specially ordered or vehicle cut section.
- Goods not required must be returned within 14 Days of invoice date at purchaser’s expense. Goods will be accepted only at the Management’s discretion. If accepted for return, such goods will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
- Good will not be accepted for return if they have been fitted, unless proven faulty.
