Shipping & Returns

WA Shipping Delays: There are currently delays with standard/regular shipping services to WA due to major weather events/flooding.
For WA deliveries we recommend 'Australia Post Express' or 'StarTrack Premium' shipping methods.

  1. All exchanges / credits / refunds must be returned in saleable condition with packaging, accompanied by the original invoice for proof of purchase.
  2. All USED mechanical parts sold carry a 3 Month parts only warranty unless otherwise specified.
  3. All NEW mechanical parts sold carry a 12 Month / Unlimited kilometre parts only warranty unless otherwise specified.
  4. All electrical parts or components sold carry a 30 Day parts only warranty unless otherwise specified.
  5. All Four x 4 Warranty does not cover - Labour expenses, freight or towing costs, oil leaks, broken gears, consequential damage, loss of income or any other loss or expense.
  6. All Four x 4 will not be liable for any repairs or work carried out, without prior approval from All Four x 4.
  7. Warranty is void if parts have been tampered with, modified or dismantled.
  8. Goods cannot be returned if they have been specially ordered or vehicle cut section.
  9. Goods not required must be returned within 14 Days of invoice date at purchaser’s expense. Goods will be accepted only at the Management’s discretion. If accepted for return, such goods will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
  10. Good will not be accepted for return if they have been fitted, unless proven faulty.
  11. Warranty is void for components used in performance / modified vehicles or parts / competition / off road / race applications.
  12. All fitment information is for vehicles released in Australia, unless specified otherwise.


All Four x 4 Spares are an independent supplier of aftermarket, original equipment and genuine parts. We are in no way related to genuine or original part manufacturers, distributors or dealers. The warranty of any OEM genuine part is solely provided by All Four x 4 Spares.


All Four x 4 Spares will always undertake to provide adequate packaging to prevent damage to products during shipping. Our responsibility for any damage to freight ends when order has left our premises. We will consider replacement of damaged product however judgement will be at our discretion. If damage has occurred during shipping it would be advised to notify us and relevant courier.

Safe Drop

Our default shipping option is signature required. This means if no one is able to accept & sign for the delivery, a card will be left and the parcel will be taken to a local Post Office for collection.
If you require delivery to an unattended address, “Safe Drop” is also available as an option through Australia Post. Once you have received your tracking number, you can enter it into the Australia Post app and select Safe Drop to grant permission to leave the delivery.

Note: It is up to the AusPost delivery agent’s discretion whether to leave the delivery if Safe Drop is selected. If they deem the Safe Drop location to be insecure (e.g. in a public area), they will take the parcel to a local Post Office for collection.

Fitting Requirements

  1. All mechanical components must be installed by a licensed motor vehicle repairer / specialist.
  2. Cooling systems must be cleaned and serviced by a licensed cooling system specialist.
  3. Transmission torque convertors and oil coolers must be professionally flushed by licensed transmission specialist.
  4. Thermostat and radiator hoses to be professionally replaced.
  5. All ancillaries left on engine at time of sale, i.e. carburettor, starter motor, alternator etc are not covered by warranty.
  6. Diesel engine fitting requires service of injectors and injector pump. This must be done by a licensed diesel specialist. (No warranty will be given on engines that have damage caused by faulty injectors and/or pump)
  7. All oil seals must be checked and replaced if needed. (Be aware that leaking seals are not covered by warranty)
  8. Correct coolant and oil weight / type must be used and maintained at correct levels.
  9. Timing belts and idlers are to be replaced at customer’s discretion and cost.
  10. Broken or damaged gears in gearboxes and differentials are not covered by warranty.
  11. Warranty is void if: Overheating occurs, Damage occurs due to lack of oil or incorrect oil, parts are improperly or inexpertly installed or maintained, missing heat tabs or if any part or assembly has been dismantled in any way.

All Four x 4 Spares are to be notified of any claim prior to any warranty work commencing. Any work undertaken without consent will not be recognised. All Four x 4 Spares reserve the right to exchange, replace or repair any goods covered by warranty.
