We repair worn, bouncy and sagging suspension, replacing tired shocks, broken springs, perished bushes, ball joints and steering components, and get your 4×4 handling safely and predictably again.
We also upgrade suspension to match how you use your 4WD. Touring, towing or carrying a load all ask more of the springs and shocks than a factory setup was built for. We fit quality spring and shock upgrades, legal 50mm (2in) lift kits, load-support and airbag helper kits, and set the vehicle up level and controlled for the job.
Because we’re direct importers with our own warehouse, we stock the components, not just the full kits, from a single bush, U-bolt or tie rod end to a complete lift. From a Hilux or D-Max to a GU Patrol, 79 Series or Ranger, and 2WDs too, it’s all fitted in-house.

Based in Kotara, we look after 4WDs from right across Newcastle, the Hunter and well beyond. Many customers travel from the Central Coast, Sydney and regional NSW for our specialist suspension and GVM work.
Our workshop is in Kotara, central to Newcastle and easy to reach from Charlestown, Adamstown and Broadmeadow. We repair and upgrade suspension on 4WDs and 2WDs from right across the region, Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, Maitland and the Hunter Valley, Port Stephens, and down the Central Coast toward Wyong and Gosford. Touring owners regularly bring rigs in from further afield, the Upper Hunter, Tamworth, Dubbo and Coffs Harbour, to be set up before a big lap. Courtesy vehicles are available so you’re not left stranded while your 4×4 is with us.
