This is a new quality Jaylec brand Starter Motor
Suitable for:
- Toyota Landcruiser Prado 120 Series, KZJ120 fitted with the 1KZTE 3.0 litre turbo diesel engine, built from 2002 to 07/2009 runout.
- Toyota Landcruiser Prado 150 Series, KDJ150 fitted with the 1KDFTV D4D 3.0 litre turbo diesel engine, built from 08/2009 onwards.
- Toyota Hilux KZN165, fitted with the 1KZTE 3.0 litre turbo diesel engine, built from 08/1997 to 2005 runout.
- Toyota Hilux KUN16, 2WD, KUN26, 4WD, fitted with the 1KDFTV D4D 3.0 litre turbo diesel engine, built from 2005 to 2015 runout.
NOTE: This Starter Motor replaces 70-8578-2 on the Prado 120 & the Hilux KZN165 with the 1KZTE engines.
Reason for this is: They have almost the same dimensions. The only difference is between the length by about 10mm and the connector being slightly different.
It comes with the different size terminal conversion harness to make it compatible.
The connector on the aftermarket starter is not fixed in one position like the Genuine / OEM.
It has a harness which can be pointed any which way with some wiggle room thanks to the extra length.

- All Four x 4 Warranty does not cover - Labour expenses, freight or towing costs, oil leaks, broken gears, consequential damage, loss of income or any other loss or expense.
- All Four x 4 will not be liable for any repairs or work carried out, without prior approval from All Four x 4.
- Warranty is void if parts have been tampered with, modified or dismantled.
- Goods cannot be returned if they have been specially ordered or vehicle cut section.
- Goods not required must be returned within 14 Days of invoice date at purchaser’s expense. Goods will be accepted only at the Management’s discretion. If accepted for return, such goods will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
- Good will not be accepted for return if they have been fitted, unless proven faulty.
- Warranty is void for components used in performance / modified vehicles or parts / competition / off road / race applications.
