This is a new quality Dayco brand Serpentine Drive Belt
Suitable for:
- Nissan Patrol GU Y61, fitted with the ZD30 3.0 litre 4 cylinder Di direct injection turbo diesel engine, built from 04/2000 to 12/2006.
- Nissan Navara D22, fitted with the ZD30 3.0 litre 4 cylinder Di direct injection turbo diesel engine, built from 12/2001 to 01/2008.
- BMW M6, fitted with the S63B44B & S63B44T 4.4 litre V8 twin turbo diesel engine, built from 04/2013 onwards.
- Honda CRV, RE6, fitted with the N22B4 2.2 litre 4 cylinder turbo diesel engine, built from 01/2014 to 08/2015.
NOTE: It is a new and improved belt which has been constructed to be a direct replacement for the standard genuine drive belt on the Nissan Navara / Patrol ZD30 engine.
The main benefits of this drive belt is to offer improved durability and noise suppression.
There are other much more expensive options on the market to try to correct the troublesome drive on the ZD30 engine, although all you should require is this new cost effective Dayco drive belt.
7PK1638 is a replacement for the 2mm longer belt 7PK1640

- All Four x 4 Warranty does not cover - Labour expenses, freight or towing costs, oil leaks, broken gears, consequential damage, loss of income or any other loss or expense.
- All Four x 4 will not be liable for any repairs or work carried out, without prior approval from All Four x 4.
- Warranty is void if parts have been tampered with, modified or dismantled.
- Goods cannot be returned if they have been specially ordered or vehicle cut section.
- Goods not required must be returned within 14 Days of invoice date at purchaser’s expense. Goods will be accepted only at the Management’s discretion. If accepted for return, such goods will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
- Good will not be accepted for return if they have been fitted, unless proven faulty.
- Warranty is void for components used in performance / modified vehicles or parts / competition / off road / race applications.
