Power Box has designed the PB-100 as the perfect 12V dual battery solution for mobile and active users who need maximum portability.
The PB-100 is the perfect platform to power a 12V fridge, electronic devices and small 12V equipment.
It's coupled with a Redarc 1225D charging platform along with a Powertech 100AH lithium battery offering over 1500 battery cycles and up to 50A continuous current draw.
Weighing only 17kg and measuring up at 199mm wide x 474mm deep x 324mm high, the PB-100 is designed to be completely portable. Whether you need to throw it in your mate's car or your boat for a day, the PB-100 is easy to move and get set up in a new vehicle.

Is the PB-100 waterproof or does it have an IP rating?
No, the PB-100 is not waterproof. However, due to the design and components used, minor splashing or moisture should not cause any issues.
How do I tell the state of charge on my PB-100?
All Power Box models are fitted with a Victron battery monitor, which can be accessed using the VictronConnect app.

Can I run an inverter off the PB-100?
No, while the PB-100 does not offer enough current to support an inverter, both the PB-150 and PB-200 have a dedicated Anderson plug connector to allow for the easy connection of an inverter if needed.
Can I run a solar blanket to charge the PB-100?
Yes, the PB-100 comes standard with a Red Anderson plug for solar input that runs through the Redarc 1225D charging platform, so there is no need for additional solar power regulators.
Will the PB-100 drain my vehicle starting battery?
No, the low voltage cut off feature provided by the Redarc 1225D charging platform will prevent the PB-100 from draining your starting battery.
What is the warranty on the PB-100?

Will the PB-100 drain while not in use?
No, the PB-100 includes a battery isolator switch on the front which will cut off draw from the battery when switched to the 'OFF' position.
Can you replace the battery?
Yes, the PB-100 utilises a Powertech battery that can be replaced if needed.
What happens if a fuse blows on a circuit?
The PB-100 is built with resettable circuit breakers. In the event that a fuse does blow, the circuit breakers can be simply pushed back in and reset. However, if it blows again please ensure that the device you are plugging in is not faulty.
