This is a new quality Goss branded Turbo Actuator.
Also known as a Stepper Motor.
When replacing the External Turbo Actuator or Stepper Motor, it is highly probable that the underlying fault that cause the failure will still remain. Suitable for:
- Toyota Landcruiser Prado 120, 150 Series, KDJ120, KDJ150, fitted with the 1KDFTV 3.0 litre 4 cylinder turbo diesel D4D engine, built from 08/2006 onwards.
Modern design Turbochargers function without the use of a Wastegate. Instead, to relieve excess Boost Pressure, they have an external mounted Actuator / Stepper Motor.
This Actuator / Stepper Motor controls the position of the Internal Vanes to alter the Turbochargers efficiency.
Turbocharger Nozzle Vanes seize over time, due to harsh conditions, resulting in the premature failure of this Actuator / Stepper Motor.
Replacing this part will not fix the problem of the seized Nozzle Vanes, so this part should only be sold when replacing or rebuilding the original Turbocharger.
Not adhering to the above information will result in continued failure of this Actuator / Stepper Motor and possible damage to your Engine and will probably invalidate the warranty.

- Warranty is void if parts have been tampered with, modified or dismantled.
- Goods cannot be returned if they have been specially ordered or vehicle cut section.
- Goods not required must be returned within 14 Days of invoice date at purchaser’s expense. Goods will be accepted only at the Management’s discretion. If accepted for return, such goods will be subject to a 15% handling charge.
