Raptor 70 vs Raptor 120 Raptor 70: 7-inch, 70W per lamp, 12 x 6W LEDs per lamp, 800m usable light, 16,400 raw lumens and 13,284 effective lumens per pair, IP68. Raptor LED Light Bars
Ultra Vision lighting Raptor LED Light Bars
The RAPTOR LED Light Bars are manufactured from high pressure extruded aluminium, providing a very strong but light body. This, along with a high impact polycarbonate lens make the Raptor light bars exceptionally tough. The open-optic reflector gives a combination beam with very good distance and peripheral width of 100° from one lamp type. To ensure maximum driver comfort the light bars are available with either 4000k or 5700k Colour Temperature. All RAPTOR lamps come complete stainless steel pivot mounting brackets and stainless steel fixings. As with all Raptor products, the light bars are manufactured in Australia and covered by a 5-year warranty for total peace of mind.
Nitro MAXX LED Driving Lights
Nitro MAXX is Ultra Vision's premium driving-light range and the place to look when serious distance matters. All Four x 4 stocks the Nitro 80, Nitro 140 and Nitro 180 driving-light pairs. Each uses Ultra Vision's Contrl optic for distance and Widr optic for width, giving reach and spread from the same lamp. The Nitro 80 delivers 1200m of usable light, the Nitro 140 delivers 1600m (more than 1 lux at 1.6km), and the Nitro 180 delivers 1 lux at 2.2km with beam width over 170m.
Nitro MAXX range by distance Nitro 80: compact 170mm body, 80W per lamp, 1200m usable light, IP68, 5-year warranty. Nitro 140: 140W per lamp, 1600m usable light, IP68, 5-year warranty. Nitro 180: 180W per lamp, 1 lux at 2.2km, beam width over 170m, Hi/Lo function, IP68, 5-year warranty on the lights and a lifetime warranty on the brackets.
Our take:
For most touring rigs the Nitro 140 is the sweet spot, with 1600m of usable reach without the size and cost of the 180. Choose the 80 if space on your bar is tight, and the 180 only when maximum distance is the goal.
Widr and Contrl optics, explained:
Contrl focuses light for distance and penetration. Widr opens the beam for width, helping show road edges and track sides. Nitro MAXX combines both to give long range without losing usable spread.
Colour temperature and inclusions:
Colour temperature depends on the model. Nitro 80 and Nitro 140 are available in 5700K, and the Nitro 180 in 4500K. Every Nitro MAXX driving-light pair includes a wiring harness, anti-theft nuts, clear protective lens covers and brackets.

Nitro MAXX LED Light Bars
Nitro MAXX light bars bring Ultra Vision's premium Widr and Contrl optic technology into a bar format, so they deliver genuine distance as well as width rather than acting like a simple flood bar. They are designed and made in Australia and suit bull-bar, rack and roof-line mounting depending on the length and mount type.
Choosing a length and mount:
The Nitro MAXX double-row range runs from 7 to 45 inches. For example, the 255W 30-inch bar delivers 1400m of usable light, and the 405W 45-inch bar delivers 1800m. Side and base mounts are available depending on the product.
Why a Nitro MAXX bar beats a cheap flood bar:
Most budget light bars are mostly foreground flood. Nitro MAXX bars combine the Contrl distance optic with the Widr width optic, so one bar can reach down the track while also opening up the sides.
Inclusions:
Nitro MAXX light bars include a wiring harness and anti-theft nuts, along with clear protective lens covers.

VULKAN LED Driving Lights
Shop premium, Australian made Ultra Vision VULKAN LED driving lights. Featuring on-the-fly adaptable beam control and rugged IP68 durability built for the harshest environments.
VULKAN is Ultra Vision's adjustable-beam flagship. All Four x 4 stocks the Ultra Vision VULKAN LED Driving Lights Pair in 5700K (VUL9DL5/PR). It uses 44 OSRAM LEDs per lamp, Contrl and Widr optics, and a rotary VULKAN switch so you can adjust the beam on the fly, from a wide flood for tight tracks to a concentrated spot for open-road distance. It has an IP68 waterproof rating, a 5700K colour temperature, and comes with the heavy-duty wiring harness, switch, anti-theft security nuts and clear lens covers.
What the switch does:VULKAN's beam is not fixed. Using the rotary switch you can set beam distance between 220m and 1735m, and beam width between 90m and 235m, so the same light suits both wide, slow tracks and long, open runs.
5700K pair kit; 44 OSRAM LEDs per lamp; 95W to 175W per lamp; beam distance 220m to 1735m; beam width 90m to 235m; IP68; CISPR 25 Class 3 EMC rating; mounts either way up; wiring harness and switch included; 5-year warranty on the lights and harness; lifetime warranty on the brackets.
VULKAN vs Nitro MAXX, which to choose:

Why Choose Ultra Vision VULKAN Lights?
- Adaptable Beam Control: Take complete command of the tracks. The groundbreaking VULKAN dashboard switch features a smart rotary encoder, allowing you to seamlessly dial your beam pattern on the fly—from a wide flood light for tight bush tracks to a concentrated spot light for open highway driving.
- Advanced German Engineering: Packed with 44 premium OSRAM LEDs per lamp and utilising class-leading Contrl and Widr optics, these lights maximise beam width without sacrificing long-range distance.
- Intelligent Memory Function: No need to re-adjust every time you drive. The system automatically recalls your last used beam pattern and status setting the moment your vehicle's factory high beams are activated.
- Versatile Inverted Mounting: Engineered for hardcore 4WD enthusiasts, the striking cut-out housing and robust 4mm stainless steel brackets allow the lights to be safely mounted either standard or inverted to perfectly suit your bull bar or roof rack layout.
