This was no ordinary service, it was a full refresh to make sure this classic 4WD continues to take on adventures for many more years to come. Here’s what our team took care of:

We resealed both the transmission and transfer case, not just to stop the infamous oil leaks Land Rovers are known for, but also to install some well-deserved upgrades. These improvements help prolong the life of the driveline and offer added peace of mind to the owner.

A full front swivel overhaul was carried out, complete with new bearings and seals, ensuring smoother steering and better handling. We also installed new CV axle shafts paired with heavy-duty flanges, a solid combination for both strength and longevity.

To keep the steering system operating at its best, we replaced both high and low-pressure power steering hoses. The engine got some attention too, with a new rocker cover gasket, new brake vacuum pump, and fuel lift pump to keep everything "purring along just great."

This Defender also received a new rear main oil seal, sump reseal, and a fresh Valeo clutch kit, bringing reliability and performance back to spec. To tighten up the rear end, we installed a new A-frame ball joint and bushes, eliminating unnecessary play in the suspension.

And last but not least, we gave the front end a subtle facelift with a brand new front grille, restoring that unmistakable Defender look 👌
